Warranty:

We offer 12 months back to base warranty for parts and manufacturing faults on all our products.


Shop with confidence that if your fingerprint door lock or other item supplied by us for some reason has a manufacturing fault you can return it for repair.


"Back to Base" means where delivery to us and collection of your lock from us is your responsibility.
If you wish to return an item that is not faulty, you may do so and receive a refund however we must charge a 15% restocking fee.
